General Manager for Southern California area is needed for passenger transportation company. The successful candidate will apply their transit management experience while using their excellent team-building and interpersonal skills to supervise and motivate personnel. The position is responsible for the oversight of a large geographical area that includes several divisions. The General Manager requires strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to manage and motivate divisional and project management personnel. Strong client relations and negotiating skills are also required.

Qualified candidates must possess a college degree, along with significant, related work experience. At least 3-5 years of para-transit and transit management experience at a district manager or project manager level is required. Strong P.C. skills including Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-state environment are required. Must be willing to travel frequently in order to meet with clients, vendors, and managers at their places of business.

REFINERY CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Northern California Refinery offering outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction supervisor to manage construction efforts. The Supervisor will ensure that Capital Projects in a $70 Million Capital Budget are constructed in accordance with design, schedule and established company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing 4 construction coordinators and up to 100 craftsmen and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering; a minimum of 10 years experience in supervising contractors and craftsmen in an operating refinery; the ability to review drawings and construction packages; a basic knowledge in refinery safety and OSHA safety regulations; a working knowledge of refinery work order and work permit system; and a demonstrated experience in construction man hours estimating and cost & progress reporting.

The company offers a salary in the range of $80,000-$95,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, the person will be eligible for a bonus.

INTEGRATED SYSTEM ENGINEER III

Position reports to VP, Manufacturing Operations.

You will: work with Applications Engineering and other Engineering functions to define and implement cost-effective wireless communications solutions using a combination of commercially available devices and internally developed subsystems; analyze wireless communications systems for various scenarios; determine performance impact and, make recommendations for optimization. Specify and build turn-key subsystems for customer solutions; -nd, use creativity to cost-effectively solve specific customer issues. Requirements include a BSEE and 5 years of experience with Wireless Systems and/or Telecommunication Systems Integration, Applications Engineering or Field Service Engineering, or any combination thereof. Familiarity with trunked RF communications system experience (SMR, cellular, PCS, etc.) as a Design Engineer, RF Engineer, Performance Engineer, or System Integration Engineer is highly desired as is experience with Telecommunications and/or Wireless equipment and communications/NEBS/safety standards.

HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Design, develop and insure manufacturing release of a wide range of complex high performance, high-density internet access concentration and service switching products. These products contain a wide array of leading edge xDSL interfaces, packet processing and switching technologies. Designs will be done at the system, board and chip level. Chip level designs will include very complex CPLD's and FPGA's.. Designs will be processor/DSP or multi-processor/DSP-based.

Requires BSEE plus 4+ years of industry experience in the hardware architecture and design of high performance network systems products. Proven track record of ability to rapidly complete products designs and successfully release them into volume production. Demonstrated knowledge of high-speed circuit design principals, design for testability, manufacturability and approvals compliance. Knowledge of high performance, processor/multi-processor and/or multiplex or technologies and design principals required. Strong verbal and written skills a must.
